ABOUT ME

I am a banking and digital product professional with nearly two decades of experience at First Bank of Nigeria, where I have worked across banking operations, customer experience, relationship management, public sector banking, and digital product distribution.

My career has been defined by a passion for expanding access to financial services, driving digital banking adoption, and delivering measurable business growth through product strategy and customer relationships.

Currently, I serve as Regional Product Manager responsible for the sales, distribution, and support of eBusiness and retail banking products across Nigeria’s Northeast region. In this role, I work closely with regional teams to accelerate digital banking penetration, strengthen customer engagement, and expand financial inclusion in underserved markets.

Over the years, I have developed deep expertise in retail banking strategy, digital financial services, product sales leadership, and operational excellence. I believe that banking must continually evolve to meet the needs of modern customers, and I remain committed to driving innovation that makes financial services more accessible, efficient, and impactful..

• Managing a customer balance sheet exceeding ₦4 billion as a Relationship Manager
• Supporting the implementation of automated cheque truncation systems across Borno and Yobe clearing zones
• Representing the bank at the Central Bank of Nigeria clearing operations for the Borno/Yobe region
• Driving the onboarding and activation of eBusiness banking solutions for customers and institutions
• Leading teams across sales, operations, and customer service functions
